Who I give consent to
By submitting a form on domusregia.uz (a request, a request for a quotation, sample, visit or call), registering an account or subscribing to the newsletter, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest consent to OOO «DOMUS REGIA GROUP» (address: г. Ташкент, Яшнабадский р-н, Фидоийлар МФЙ, ул. Махтумкули, дом 112; the "Operator") processing my personal data on the terms below, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data".
What data
Surname and first name; phone number; email address; company name and position; city and delivery address; information about the project and selected materials; files I attach; account data; technical data about my visit to the website (page, traffic source, device type).
For what purposes
- reviewing the request, calculating the price, preparing a specification and a quotation;
- contacting me by phone, email and messengers about the request;
- concluding and performing a contract, delivering samples and materials, arranging a showroom visit;
- running my account;
- newsletters about new collections — if I subscribed to them;
- improving the website in anonymised form.
What actions
Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, transfer (provision, access) in the cases set out in the privacy policy, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction — with or without automation.
I agree that for these purposes the data may be transferred to providers of hosting, file storage, email and notification services to the Operator, and to delivery services — to the extent needed to fulfil the request.
Duration and withdrawal
The consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no longer than three years after my interaction with the Operator ends, unless a longer period is required by law. Consent to newsletters is valid until I unsubscribe.
I may withdraw my consent by writing to info@domusregia.uz. After withdrawal the Operator stops processing and deletes the data within the time limits set by law, except where storage is required by law or to perform a contract.
Confirmation
I confirm that I have read the privacy policy, that the data I provide is accurate and belongs to me, and that if I provide another person's data (for example, a colleague's) I have their consent to share it.
