ASSA ABLOY 840C-50 is a time-proven motorised lock with a 50 mm backset: the hook bolt is retracted by a motor on a signal from the access control system, code keypad or button, while the latch is operated mechanically by the handle. The lock is certified to EN 14846, to the Swedish SSF 3522 (classes 2B and 4) and to EN 179 with 179H push hardware. Connects via the encrypted Hi-O bus to DAC controllers and is approved for E/EI120 doors.
