4570 is a latch lock for a cylinder (type 1201) with automatic deadlocking operated by a button in the edge. With the button in the upper position the latch extends 20 mm and opens only with a key or a turn knob; in the lower position it extends 14 mm and opens with a push handle. Chrome-plated case, right- and left-hand versions.
