Stoneware

Taj Mahal is a brown quartzite from Brazil: it resembles marble but is comparable to granite in hardness. Resistant to scratches, heat and acids, it is an excellent choice for kitchen worktops, islands and bathrooms. A textured finish (“leathered” / corteccia) is also available; it conceals fingerprints and gives the surface a tactile feel.
