The Twist Museum, Kistefos
BIG’s twisting bridge gallery across a river in a sculpture park: an aluminium envelope that rotates 90° along the building.
The facade and roof of the museum form one continuous surface of RIB-ROOF aluminium panels fanned along the twisting geometry. Every panel is cut uniquely, yet the joint remains a standard standing seam, which is the system’s key advantage for free-form architecture.
