Modera Towers

Modera Towers is an office tower in Tashkent. For its lettable floors Domus Regia supplied AUTOVI carpet tiles.

Why tiles. Office floors are let to different tenants and are often replanned. The modular covering is laid over a raised floor with cabling, and a damaged or stained module is replaced on its own, without relaying the whole floor.

Pattern. A graphite tone with a fine geometric pattern and flecks hides wear and works with the black grid ceiling and dark timber columns. The same tile runs through the open-plan areas, meeting rooms and corridors, so the floors read as one.
